Online Program Manager – Entertainment and Music Business The goal of The Los Angeles Film School is to prepare the next generation of creative professionals for a future in the entertainment industry. We are seeking a program manager for our online Entertainment and Music Business degree program. This is an administrative position based in Winter Park, Florida. Curriculum Ensure overall learning objectives and outcomes for the program align with workforce needs Ensure curriculum is designed to achieve the overall learning objectives for the program Oversee hiring instructors based on enrollment needs Work with Academic Affairs Dept to provide training to instructors Determine monthly staffing needs and instructor teaching assignments Monitor instructional practices and provide coaching Provide guidance and mentorship for students throughout degree lifecycle Serve as liaison between student advising, registrar, and other student support service teams to help resolve student issues or concerns Monitor student persistence and graduation rates and support continuous improvement Work with Career Development Department to ensure graduate employment benchmarks are met SKILLS Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and follow-up skills Self-motivated, proactive, able to multi-task Positive attitude and a passion for teaching and mentoring students Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail Tactful, professional, flexible to the needs of a dynamic organization, able to work in a team environment REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, marketing, media, entertainment, music, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred Must have at least 4 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry · Prior teaching experience required, preferably including online · Prior management/supervisory experience required Job Type: Full-time Experience: Management or Supervisory: 1 year (Required) entertainment industry: 4 years (Required) online teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required)
