The Lord Bagenal Inn is currently recruiting an experienced part-time receptionist to join their team. Main duties: Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests. Ensure the front office runs smoothly. Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings. Deal with any guest issues in a prompt and professional manner. Have full product knowledge of the hotel. The successful candidate must have: At least 1 years reception experience in a similar hotel environment Excellent communication & customer service skills Excellent organisational skills A genuine interest in the hospitality industry Fluent English Available to work various shifts including morning, evening & weekends (variable hours per week) Hotsoft experience preferred Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Discounted/free food On-site parking Part-time hours: 7-35 per week Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Experience: hotel reception: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required)
