As Patient/ Customer Service Advisor you will play a key role in providing our patients with exceptional customer service, whilst working closely with Consultants, Medical Secretaries and third parties. What are we looking for? We are looking for people who are passionate about working for our Radiology Bookings Team, where you will be the first point of contact for all prospective Radiology customers. The ideal candidate will have a helpful and professional approach and will show exceptional patient care at all times. The main duties would include scheduling appointments for patients over the phone and coordinating appointment lists and general administration, whilst working closely with teams across the organisation. What Skills and experience will you need to apply? Previous experience of working within a healthcare environment, with a basic understanding of medical terminology. Results driven, high levels of determination and initiative. Able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload Excellent communication skills What can The London Clinic offer you?
