Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Head Office based in Hong Kong, we are seeking for a Business Diversification Analyst to join the Business Diversification Unit. This role will support the Group General Manager, Business Diversification, in the successful day-to-day running of the Business Diversification Department by providing administrative support, research and analysis assistance and project coordination. Work for a highly prestigious and renowned hospitality group Be part of the professional team working on new business diversification initiatives Excellent opportunity for market analysis and project coordination Key Accountabilities Management and project assistance Provide management and administrative assistance on overseeing the business diversification unit Assist in day-to-day project planning, meeting coordination, documentation and prioritisation Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants on key deliverables and progress items Assist in drafting internal communications and project updates to various internal stakeholders Research and analysis Assist in drafting the key guiding principles of investment for business diversification and work closely with Corporate Finance team on drafting baseline investment criteria for business diversification Research on the Group’s past experience, strategies of competitors and other diversified companies and produce findings Work with external consultant to segment potential markets and develop market segment understanding Prepare document on results of investment brainstorming sessions and assist in matching investment ideas with baseline investment criteria Job Requirements Tertiary Education 2-4 years' experience in market analysis or business consultancy field, experience with tourism and hospitality industry is a plus Experience with research and analysis and project coordination would be advantageous Excellent command of written and spoken English Well-organized, good analytics and project management good interpersonal skills and a good team player Interested parties please apply by clicking "APPLY NOW"
