Responsibilities: Reporting to the IT Specialist or Senior IT Specialist, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities: To provide technical support, configuration and administrative activities, problem diagnosis, and documentation on different IT infrastructure facilities and domains To evaluate technologies and perform project coordination work as when required Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines A minimum of 2 years relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences Multi-experience in the following disciplines: Client / End-user Hardware and Software: Windows 8 and 10 Collaboration Systems and Tools: Microsoft 365, AD Exchange, SharePoint, File and Print, AV Facilities Enterprise Mobility Management: VMware Airwatch Privileged ID Management: CyberArk Job Scheduling Tool: Control-M Output and Archiving Management: InfoPrint, OpenText StreamServe, Archiving Server Call Centre System: Avaya, Genesys, and RightFax SAP ERP BASIS Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written Fresh graduates will also be considered This is a 2-year contract employment.
