The University now invites application for the following position(s): Executive Assistant– Communications and Public Affairs Office (Ref: EA (CPAO) 2020-03-06) Responsibilities assist in the development of creative contents for social media, including but not limited to website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.); assist in initiating marketing and PR activities to drive traffic for the online platforms; assist in the design of layouts and artworks of wide range of marketing materials; provide support in the preparation and management of video production; provide support in organizing CPAO events / activities / exhibitions / ceremonies / conferences; liaise and coordinate with internal staff and outside parties such as media reporter / advertising agency / school representatives for CPAO / advertising campaigns or school talks; provide clerical support to the CPAO; and assist in ad-hoc tasks. Applicants Should possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or other related disciplines; have at least 1 year’s working experience in PR, media, event management, marketing or brand building; have experience in digital marketing and video production; have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; have good knowledge and practical experience in graphic design software; have effective administrative and communication and social media skills; and be well-organized, a good team player and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently. Working outside normal office hours may be required.
