This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experience barista to be an integral part to the start of a new venture. You will create consistently amazing coffees while providing high levels of customer service to all clientele. Benefits Career development opportunities Opportunity to be part of an exciting venture from the start Excellent work/life balance Be part of a growing hospitality group $20 - $25 p/hr dependent on experience Full time position Key Responsibilities Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance Continuously deliver informative, professional service Take orders and enter in POS Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming Beverage stocktake and ordering Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required About You – Essential Requirements Available to start Monday 30th March 2 years Barista Experience High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of expresso coffee Latte Art Supervisory experience is highly regarded Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Valid working rights in New Zealand Opening Hours Monday - Wednesday: 8.30am - 7.00pm Thursday - Friday: 8.30am - 9.00pm Saturday: 8.30am - 7.00pm Sunday: 9.30am - 7.00pm About the Company The Fresh Collective delivers exceptional experiences and event catering across a portfolio of event venues, iconic cafes and restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
