We are on a mission to grow. Our mad-cap journey started in 2015 when we unwrapped the Salisbury Arms in Cambridge and welcomed in the locals – having been named as “Best Pub in Cambridge”, from humble beginnings we have gained the confidence to share our unique hospitality. The Bar staff we are looking for? Our bar team members are the front line in our pubs for our customers, ensuring that everyone has the best experience and customer service. You’ll be an outgoing, warm and confident individual who is passionate about creating all that is great at our Pizza, Pots and Pints sites. For us this means great beer, great food and great fun! Your duties will include: Responsible for greeting customers and taking food and drink orders Making recommendations that delight our customers Serving excellent quality food and a fantastic range of drinks Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times Working as part of a team to create a friendly atmosphere our customers will love What we are looking for: Energy, passion and motivation A can-do attitude and ability to multi-task Experience is preferred but most importantly we need you to show us you understand great customer service The ability to work under pressure What we will offer you in return: Competitive hourly rate + tips 28 days holiday Pension Food & Retail discounts Fun culture surrounded by a supportive team The PPP T-shirt!
