If there isn’t, we’ll invent it.” Job title: Associate Consultant (Graduate Academy) Role hours: Full time, permanent Location: North West Salary: Excellent basic salary, plus generous benefits Start date: September 2020 The role Suitable for graduates wishing to pursue a career within IT and Consulting as an SAP Consultant. Successful candidates will join in the position of Associate Consultant for 12 months where full training will be provided to develop core consultancy and SAP skills. Once the 12-month Academy has been completed, Associate Consultants will progress into either a Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant role. Responsibilities: Begin to understand The Config Team, SAP products and the logistics & supply chain environment Undertake and be accountable for specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor Understand usage of, and adhere to, templates, standards and processes within own area of assignment Begin to advise on own area of subject matter expertise to a low complexity Develop an understanding of different project methodologies and business processes To make suggestions and begin to develop more complex analysis, reasoning and problem-solving skills Contribute to workshops and requirement gathering sessions as appropriate Begin to display potential in communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovation Improve stakeholder management skills Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology, especially within Logistics Be responsible for documentation and other administrative tasks Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent in either; computer sciences, mathematics, physics, business management or similar degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 Full UK driving licence, or working towards Apply here: https://theconfigteamcareers.recruitee.com/o/graduate-consultant-graduate-scheme/c/new Benefits: On-site parking Work from home opportunities Private medical/dental insurance Free or subsidised travel Company events & social hours Reference ID: GradRec Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
