The Cliff Hotel & Spa wish to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Manager. We are a 76 bedroom, full service hotel complete with a busy restaurant, bar and function facilities as well as a Spa. The F & B Manager is expected to provide effective management of the F & B Department, which includes the Carreg Bar & Restaurant and Functions. The Manager will need to ensure the provision of excellent service to our guests and be a strong leader to our team of F & B staff. An aptitude for the development and motivation of staff is essential. In addition to providing effective management in all aspects of the F & B Department, the person appointed will also be expected to undertake Duty Manager duties. The F & B Manager will work in conjunction with the General Manager, Duty Managers and Heads of Department in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the hotel. Previous experience in a Hotel environment is desirable. This is a full time position, working 5 days a week, approximately 50 hours. Salary is negotiable subject to experience.
