If you believe these values match your own, then we’d love to hear from you. About the Role Part time position working Tuesday and Wednesday – 8.45am-5.15pm, 15.5 hours per week. The purpose of this role is to support the customer service department in providing a high quality and professional service to our customers. The role acts as first point of contact to all customers during the first 2 years of them moving into their new home. Who we are looking for Acting as a representative for the company, you will be required to deal effectively with all customers and be able to manage their expectations appropriately. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and have the ability to persuade, negotiate and compromise. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and balance and prioritise your own workload. You will also possess excellent computer skills in a number of Microsoft packages, be flexible, and able to work to high standards of presentation and accuracy.
