Variety of shifts available! $17.00 - $22.00 hourly (potential hourly base, plus bonus, combined). As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be responsible for making payment arrangements and/or responding to routine consumer calls on behalf of our clients. We provide complete training and user-friendly scripts to guide you through each telephone contact. What You Have: Professional and customer service manner Ability to review and understand policies and procedures Ability to adhere to a schedule Ability to be receptive to feedback and willing to learn High School Diploma or equivalent Why Work for us? Associates earn between $17.00 - $22.00 hourly (potential hourly base, plus bonus, combined). In addition to the hourly rate, there is a $1.50 shift differential for all hours worked after 5pm and on Saturdays.
