About the role: This is a busy role based in our modern, open plan Auckland office, which is located just a short walking distance to the Viaduct. Great views, and a great coffee machine! We have an open and really inclusive team environment, and we're on the hunt for a capable all-rounder who loves being at the heart of a team, to support our people across a wide range of admin functions. This will include facilities management, formatting proposal documents, IT troubleshooting, in-house health and safety, team travel coordination, event management, some accounts support, meeting room and diary management, project administrative support, and many other key tasks that keep our team functioning at full speed. This is a really autonomous role with plenty of challenges - you'll be the sort of person who loves to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! This position forms part of our national admin team, meaning you'll be supported by an outstanding group of talented individuals both locally and across the country. About you: A strong communicator and capable team Administrator, you'll thrive in an environment where you have the opportunity to partner with our team and other key stakeholders. You'll be: a confident and advanced user of the MS Office suite comfortable working alongside all levels of seniority and experience experienced in providing support to multiple people in a busy environment IT and tech savvy - a capable trouble-shooter with both our systems and tech in general proactive, and able to show strong initiative a down to earth individual with a common sense, solutions focused approach keen to actively participate in our social committee This is a busy role where you'll work autonomously to manage your own workload and juggle competing priorities.
