Details: Location: St Pancras, London Category: Administration Salary: £32,000 per annum pro rata Contract type: Contract Contract Hours: Part time Telephone: 01937 882030 Evaluation Manager, Unlocking Our Sound Heritage As part of the British Library’s Unlocking Our Sound Heritage (UOSH) programme, this role will be responsible for the evaluation of the project, working with project staff and the ten Hub partners. They will be overseeing the implementation of an overall evaluation framework, managing the feedback and evaluation meetings with relevant stakeholders and audience groups, and consider the wider impact of the project; including the use of audio heritage with different audiences and range of stakeholders. As one of the world’s great libraries, our duty is to preserve the nation’s intellectual memory for the future. At present we have well over 150 million items, in most known languages, with three million new items added every year. We have manuscripts, maps, newspapers, magazines, prints and drawings, music scores, and patents. We operate the world’s largest document delivery service providing millions of items a year to customers all over the world.
