The Ardilaun are currently recruiting for server in both the Camilaun Restaurant and Blazer's Bar & Bistro. The team welcome application from friendly and outgoing servers with excellent customer service skills. The role in the Camilaun involves the service of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the formal dining room of the hotel while in the Bistro involved bar work and food service in the bistro. A critical element to this post would be that you are flexible during the midweek to fulfil shifts during the morning & afternoon. The ideal candidates will: Be a friendly and outgoing person Have good communication and organisational skills Have excellent attention to detail Be well presented Ensure excellent customer service and ensure all customer requirements are met. Have a minimum of one years experience in a similar role. Have a fluency in both written and oral English. Be flexibility in hours of work required as shift work is involved.
