With a focus on implementing new systems and processes to streamline revenue operations and bring customer engagement to the next level. The role A non-traditional AP role with an investigative flare to research, resolve and report payment discrepancies. Software-savvy and confident in their communication and relationship building skills, this person will be in constant communication with various departments to reconcile invoices. This role has the opportunity to develop into a supervisor level position. Responsibilities Investigate and ensure that each invoice is in line with reporting standards (RCTI) Liaising with departments and stake holders alike to distinguish each case Managing the end to end process from initial escalation to solution Use a variety of digital systems to review each invoice Prioritise and complete work within the delegated time frames Requirements Proficient in Excel and have the ability to easily navigate through other softwares Have a finance or accounts background Energetic and passionate about their work Client and Relationship Management expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Honest, accurate and high attention to detail If this sounds like your next move, please get in touch with your resume and why you’re suitable to [email removed].
