Job Purpose We THAT’S LIVING GROUP are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team. Sales Executive will be responsible for providing “Excellence in everything we do” and maximize sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that customer receive the highest level of service Specific Responsibilities · Carry out sales in accordance to pre-agreed monthly targets and budgets. · Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention to their needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product. · Maintain close contact with prospect customers and plan for site visits · Design and modify layouts based on measurements, specifications, building codes, customer requirements, which often times includes visiting site and taking field measurements · Assist in the selection and recommendation of the correct materials related to the kitchen industry · Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of Furniture. · Maintain showroom displays and appearance according to the departmental layout and in a manner that maximizes the selling opportunity · Ensure that all keyed information are put so accurately into the POS terminal · Ensure pre-delivery inspections · Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales · Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of purchased furniture delivery · Provide customers with qualified advice on furniture designs. Education/Experience University Degree Minimum 2 years of kitchen design experience, performing job site measuring, to ensure fit of cabinetry Experience with 20-20 design software is a strong plus Good knowledge of computer software such as MS Office Good Knowledge of AutoCAD. Photoshop software is a must Arabic Speaker is a must Driving License is a must Attention to details and concern for quality Dynamic and proactive personality Active listening skills and attention to detail. Respect for differing opinions, styles and financial situations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills.
