What you will be doing: Build relationships and drive community satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent social content and customer connections; Engage in social media (Twitter) conversations for the brand to bring awareness; Find target groups and communities to engage with; Jump into real-time social media conversations to build awareness or de-escalate negative situations; Collaborate with other teams to deliver relevant and accurate content; Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication regarding marketing initiatives and branding; Monitor and engage with potential customers on Twitter; Create Twitter lead lists and manage multiple engagement strategies.
