An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Sydney Office. You will play a key role in the team which services the organisation in recruiting and resourcing permanent and contract staff for a growing business. Maintenance and management of candidate management system Conducting pre-screen interviews via phone and/or Skype Writing and placement of advertising Telephone screening of candidates Reference Checking Coordinating interviews with candidates and clients Drafting correspondence Sourcing and selecting candidates through the identification of appropriate skills to match current vacancies Sourcing active and passive candidates through a variety of channels Positioning yourself as a credible specialist through excellent market knowledge and outstanding service To be successful in this role you will have: A strong recruitment background within agency or inhouse Previous experience recruiting within: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services and/or Government An understanding of the Business Consulting and project delivery environment preferred, but not essential Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to coordinate, prioritise and multitask in a high pressure environment Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database experience, SalesForce would be an advantage Capability to adapt to a highly changeable environment Ability to work autonomously and within a team Experience managing multiple stakeholders This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to move into an Internal Recruitment role within a busy professional organisation.
