Roundhouse, PBN, LLC is actively seeking a Construction Intern in our Warner Robins, GA office during Summer 2020. As an intern, you will be exposed to variety of construction management areas, and have the opportunity to work in these areas based on your skills and interests. You will be working in an incredibly fast-moving business and will have the opportunity to make valuable contributions Additional responsibilities: Assisting with field execution support of construction projects Assisting with estimating, developing bid packages, issuing RFI’s, and coordination of submittals Observing and supervising construction activities Assisting with project close out activities Learn about the Support of our Field Staff Interacting with design professionals and construction management teams Assisting with tracking and forecasting project budgets Assisting with safety enforcement Organizing and attending project meetings Performing other duties as assigned What we are looking for? Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field from accredited program Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multi task, prioritize and work under pressure Proficient with Microsoft office suite
