As a Customer Service Assistant for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers have a great time when they visit us! Whether you’re pulling a pint at the bar, checking customers in at reception, serving them on the lane or hosting a party we’ll need you to bring your ‘A’ game. What will you do? Whilst working at Tenpin we’ll train you on all departments to ensure your role has variety as well as meaning that the business has the most practical operation. You will: Greet customers at reception, operate the booking system and tills Strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards throughout the bowl on the lanes, food, drink and amusements Ensure that all our customers are having a great time and adopt a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude Serve customers and prepare food and drink in the bar and café area Host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service Lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together Here's what we’ll need from you: Full of determination, enthusiasm and patience Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required) Be approachable and helpful A strong team player Be organised and able to multi-task What will you get in return?
