Tekapo Springs is looking for a Customer Services Representative with great people skills to join the reception team here at Tekapo Springs. You will be our customer's first point of contact so you will have the skills to listen to our customers' needs and then exceed their expectations in providing information and the right product. The successful applicant will be working on a full-time (minimum 35 hours per week), over a rotating 7-day roster system (includes weekends and some evenings). Duties will include welcoming and serving customers, selling our product and up-selling, answering calls and emails, taking bookings and cash handling. Applicants should have the following although training will be provided: Passionate about providing great customer service with a smile. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Be able to sell and upsell products. Good written & verbal communication skills. Experience with cash handling and prior use of a POS system. The ability to work well as part of a team & unsupervised. Have a valid work or resident visa for New Zealand.
