Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Carry out in-house preventive and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system (ACMV, P&S, BMS, ELEC, ELV & Fire Protection System) Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in operational state. Perform standby duty to attend to system faulty during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Min NITEC In electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in Building Maintenance / Facilities Management Able to speak and write English Able to work rotating shift
