Note that this is a permanent, part-time position with a schedule that spans Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. What you’ll do As the Facilities Coordinator in Markham you will be responsible for Greeting visitors Preparing all access cards for employees and visitors Ensures the employee kitchen is well stocked with supplies and is kept clean Load and unload the dishwasher daily Receive/prepare couriers and other deliveries Report maintenance issues to the building management team Occasionally order breakfasts and lunches for meetings Ensure outgoing mail is dropped off at post office daily What do you bring to the role? High School education 3 years or more of administrative experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office Suite A sense of humour Job Type: Permanent
