Job Summary Service delivery functions, to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests; meeting deadlines and TAT without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA IT Service & Demand Management, Execution & Fulfilment, for all Accounts globally Defining service standards and guidelines that serves as benchmark for excellent service delivery Establishing & sustaining relationships with: Primary management contact & client liaison during delivery of solutions & business processes Contact with clients at account level focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship Internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, PMO) to achieve client goals Preparing reports on projects and tasks completion including communicating the schedule and project considerations to the senior leadership Ensuring data & reporting governance are adhered to within our regulated environment Reviewing the performance against contractual KPI’s and driving continuous improvement over all aspects of service Engaged in: Onsite and offsite tasks within a project, including the design, specification & integration of products/ services Developing competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels, conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources and developing employee competency Recruit and lead cross-functional teams to meet business goals Implementation and ongoing delivery performance of customized support services as defined within a SOW Provide best practices and support business leaders in data governance, policy definition, system enhancement recommendations, change management, and training Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹1,800,000.00 to ₹2,200,000.00 /year Language: English (Required) Benefits: Health insurance Provident fund (PF) Education assistance Industry: Software Development
