We are currently looking for Process Associate/Customer Care Services for its global Business Process Outsourcing Delivery organization to be based out of Selangor, Malaysia. Successful candidate should be able to provide high standard of customer service experience to the customer over the phone & emails. The process is operational 24 x 7 on a 5 days a week work window for staff. Industry: Travel Transportation, Travel Management Company / TMC / Cruises / Airlines Industry (T&T)/Call Center/BPO Essential Experience: * Total experience should be 0-4 years Experience in Travel / Airlines industry / Contact Centre / BPO will be an added advantage Personal Style Enablers: * Professional attitude and personal presentation Should be a team player with positive attitude. Ability to work during nights (24/7 rotational shifts) Ability to multi-task & withstand pressure Should be adaptable to change. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. for a World Leading international Airlines & giving efficient customer service. Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail. Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide Assisting customer with making a reservation /modification /cancellation & Flight Information Providing Excellent Customer Service Should understand the business needs and work accordingly in the interest of the organization. Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations. Language Proficiency* English + Mandarin English +Cantonese English +Vietnamese English +Tamil English +Bahasa Malay English +Bahasa Indonesian English +Thai Education: * Graduate in any discipline Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM4,500.00 /month
