When MET related material / equipment / tooling coming from supplier, etc. follow-up to make GRN (Good receipt note), Bill booking, etc. For import invoices send to First MIR through respective teams and follow up for GRN Track and request the on livery payments from Finance, follow-up with them. Help supplier to do reconciliation of their invoices. Arrange Logistics, vehicles for material receipt from suppliers, material / child parts / tools dispatches to supplier for rework & trials. Ensure on time closure of sub-contracting challans sent to different suppliers from MET department. Follow-up GRN, bill booking for Pithampur related projects as well. Get documents from suppliers for new vendor code generation. Provide installation certificates to Finance to close the PO completely and follow-up with Finance to release the final payments to Job Description: Proficiency on software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint SAP Knowledge @ above requirements is mandatory. Good interpersonal relationship to get work done from other departments.
