Conduct deep marketing plan research into the golf equipment industry. The intern will create marketing storybooks including but is not limited to: marketing activations, seeding, early access to products, retail messaging, store associate behaviors, green grass plans, paid media, and global regions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Working cross-functionally to develop relationships with our internal teams (retail, sales, consumer insights teams, PESO) to gather pertinent information to complete each storybook Conduct marketing & competitor research (in-field & online) Assisting Associate Brand Managers with day-to-day marketing activities for TaylorMade Assist in developing marketing and advertising promotional activities Provide support to market development to prepare tools and training for a new product launches Assist in the preparation and organization of materials and product for annual brand photoshoot Build and share reports on campaign performance and assist in monitoring launch effectiveness Knowledge Skills Required: Passion, interest, knowledge of golf strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong analytical, reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks Strong presentation skills Keynote experience preferred Education/Work Experience: Undergraduate, completing the junior or senior year of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration TaylorMade Golf Company is an equal opportunity employer.
