Working alongside a highly esteemed Partner, you will act for insolvency practitioners, banks, directors, creditors and secured lenders. You will advise in relation to corporate and personal insolvency, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, securities enforcement, asset realisation, recovery of corporate and commercial debts, directors' duties and Partnership disputes. Stong domestic and international focus. To be successful in this role, you will be a restructuring and insolvency lawyer with at least 2 years' experience from a top tier or reputable mid-tier firm. You will have experience working across front and back end insolvency matters, possess commercial acumen, have excellent technical skills and enjoy working in a team. The partner is renowned in the industry and a great leader. You will have access to some of the best and most complex matters and be set up to succeed.
