This role will provide challenge to influence improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and competiveness of the organisation and coach managers to improve their leadership and people management skills. Previous experience is essential. Taurus Healthcare is a GP Federation that supports thelong-term sustainability of 20 GP practices serving 185,000 patients allowing practices to work collaboratively. Ultimately our aim is to help patients have more control over their own wellbeing and healthcare, promote the prevention of illness, and to improve access to general practice so that GP services is consistent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
