Job Summary We are looking for Printer Support Engineer with 4 to 5 Years of Experience and Good Communication Skills. Responsibilities and Duties Carry out operational and MFP Network printers support and troubleshooting, configuration management. Handling end user printer issue and desktops applications supports & solution. Planning and managing of Senior Managements requirements and capable to negotiate their needs. Project co ordinations. Capable to work independently with multiple teams and coordination to close the issues / requirements within the client SLA. Qualifications and Skills Must-Have Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of different printers (Laser Jet, Dot Matrix Printer, High speed printers, All in One etc.) in Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. Troubleshooting & replacement of faulty parts of printers. Candidate Should have the thorough Knowledge of printers like All types of Laser, Ink jet, Desk jet, Office jet, high speed printers. Candidate Should have worked with HP-all in one series, Brother and Canon printers. Along with printer service support, Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems. Good-to-Have ** Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 Laptop and Desktops. MS Office, O365 Applications. Basic knowledge of McAfee suite. Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS and Print Server. System Knowledge, fluency in English will be added advantage.
