The Operations team ensures that Minderoo: * is financially sustainable; * has an effective governance and risk framework; * has fit-for-purpose tools, systems and processes; * makes informed decisions and allocates resources well; * has an engaged and safe workforce; and * is compliant with regulations and internal policies. They do this by maintaining and improving operational processes, systems and capabilities; providing strategic expert advice; managing legal financial and operational risks; investing, managing and growing the corpus; delivering a values-aligned people experience over the employee lifecycle; providing financial planning, reporting and insights, staying abreast of external best practice/trends and delivering transformational change.
