Job Type: Full-time Job Summary - TASK LTD are currently seeking Full Time Call Centre Operators to join our team in Stamullen, Co. Meath. This location is not on a direct public transport route; therefore, applicants must be able to demonstrate they will be able to reach our location for all shifts. Responsibilities and Duties - The Successful Candidates will join our Call Centre team, providing 24/7 support to our growing client base.The role involves night shift-work, including Saturday and Sundays (any 5 /7) and occasional other varying shifts. Qualifications and Skills - If you can demonstrate strong customer focus, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure perhaps this is the role for you. Strong administrative skill, problem solving and a positive 'can do' attitude will be a distinct advantage in this role. An ability to understand basic technical issues is desirable, however training will be ongoing. A flexible approach, adaptability and team work in all aspects of the role will be an essential attribute of the successful candidate. Leaving certificate or equivalent, proficient in computer skills, excellent written and spoken English is a requirement, knowledge of customer service principles and practice & good data and typing skills are preferred. Problem analysis and problem solving, with listening and organisational skills are an advantage.
