Summary: A Training Support Administrator is required for a biotech in North Dublin. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of site training management system. The candidate will ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with requirements to ensure compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers. Responsibilities: Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) system, myLearning, to reflect the training requirements/status for the site. Schedule and facilitate a variety of site training sessions on myLearning (LMS) system and other training as deemed appropriate, to ensure business needs are met, whilst facilitating continuous process improvements using Lean Principles. Design, implement and maintain instructor-led, e-learning and other training solutions for the site to build site competence and capabilities. Participate in the effective writing/revising/rolling out of accurate training documents while adopting and encouraging others to adopt good instructional design principles. Ensure that training is documented appropriately in line with site processes. Facilitate others to do likewise. Develop training reports to meet the needs of the site Develop and maintain site training materials, including job aids and visual aids, to ensure alignment with source documents and current practices Adhere to and provide input on site training processes. Participate in conducting training audits across the site ensuring the site is audit/inspection ready in relation to all training requirements and be the training point of contact for internally and externally audits. Required to comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions. Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in Dublin. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Take ownership of all admin activity associated with site onboarding program. Deliver training material, at onboarding, as required by Learning Lead. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or higher preferred; ideally in a related discipline. Experience and/or a particular skill set in their area of expertise that adds value to the business; ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting. Knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred. Knowledge, and ideally application, of industry standard learning methodologies, documentation systems and learning management systems. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job related computer applications required. Report, standards, policy writing skills required. Understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodology preferred. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers in a team orientated manner. Understand the specific responsibilities of all departments as they relate to one’s own department, understanding the business processes ones department supports.
