Not to mention the organisation is heavily involved in local initiatives and giving back to the community. You'll be joining a tight knit team, and will gain exposure to a broad range of HR queries. Located in the heart of the CBD (and with incredible views of the river), some of your key responsibilities in this newly created role will include; Provide accurate and timely first level HR advice on the wide range of queries that come through to the People team, escalating where applicable. Advising on company policies and procedures. Generate letters and employment contracts as appropriate. Monitor employment expiration dates such as probation and contract end dates and assist managers to complete necessary compliance actions. Coordinate the service recognition program, including sourcing of gifts and certificates and ensuring recipient list is accurate. Assist managers to on board new starters consistently, professionally and in an organised manner, ensuring that they have all tools required. Provide administration support for Workday. The ideal candidate for this role would have; Previous recruitment administration or HR experience. Strong stakeholder relationship skills. A high level of attention to detail, as well as strong organisational skills. Exposure to Workday is advantageous.
