YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF: The idea of developing and creating content for print, digital media, or product descriptions with the aim to increase conversion rates, customer acquisition and leads across multiple markets is something you enjoy. Also that you are open to engage with people, offer ideas and interview clients for case studies. Ideally you already have some experience as a content writer in B2B. ONCE YOU’RE HERE YOU WILL: Write Case Studies, White Papers, Internal Company Documents, Presentations, Guides, Tutorials and Ad Copy. Identify new content and marketing opportunities through competitor analysis, customer insights and ideation sessions with team members. Collaborate with key team members like sales, product and marketing to develop content strategies. Look at improving the content performance (customer acquisition) and learn how to digest and implement feedback from other channels. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills An understanding of UX writing and how to use it to improve experiences Excellent grasp of the English language Experience expressing complex concepts into simple, relatable language.
