The role of the Inventory Clerk is to provide day to day support to the organization. This role focuses on reporting, reconciling inventory and distribution of materials. The Inventory Clerk supports the team in the execution of sales initiatives. This position requires someone who is very detail-oriented, has good computer skills, and is a motivated problem-solver. Key Responsibilities: Participate in inventory and distribution tasks and assist the team in driving the execution of initiatives Investigate reported inventory and distribution concerns or errors, solving problems on the spot Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisor to troubleshoot and solve problems Perform hands-on inventory maintenance and participate in inventory improvement initiatives Ensure accurate inventory data is maintained in the system at all times & run reports Monitor, prioritize, and action of emails All other duties as assigned Skills/Experience: intermediate computer skills Experience with databases an asset Strong problem solving skills Effective organization, planning and time management skills Attention to detail and basic mathematical skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to positively interact with other employees; team player Good communication skills, verbal and written Preference give to Individuals who have inventory, logistics and warehouse training Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
