Join our team in Fort McMurray as a full time Oil Sands Team Lead. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Continued development of TWD's local presence in the Fort McMurray Region Collaborative communication with all current and future clients Seek to build new relationships and provide additional oversight and support to existing work in the region. Work with the regional GM to develop set and achieve corporate strategic goals for the region Work closely with the Regional GM and Corporate Human Resources in recruiting and onboarding requirements Participate and Lead Performance Reviews for team resources as required Provide additional oversight and support to existing work in the region. Ensure project results / learnings are accurately captured in new project proposals WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 10+ years of experience in oil & gas industry P.Eng , MBA, PMP are also desired qualifications. Experience from the EPCM and Owner side in relation to the Oil and Gas and Energy sectors. Experience in Construction, maintenance and reliability, as well as green and brown field projects up to $50M total installed cost Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: oil and gas: 10 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
