Location: one of our offices or remote work Reference no.: GSMSA/06/20 Principal Duties & Responsibilities Assurance of global and local accreditations for the SA8000 scheme Involvement in the improvement and harmonization of relevant business processes connected with the scheme Participation in and support of regional and global projects related to the scheme Creation of process guidelines for the provision of services related to the scheme Responsibility for steering documents/ forms for the scheme Involvement in planning and execution of internal audits globally Involvement in the organization and execution of information events for auditors globally Management of branch and witness audits worldwide Optimization and increase efficiency of audit documentation, the process environment and audit activities (formal and technical) Support of the Global Head of Certification and Scheme Management and the Head of Scheme Management Involvement in the optimization of the accreditation landscape, strategic projects, setting and controlling KPIs of BS Systems Qualifications & Requirements At least 4 years professional experience in the field of management systems Auditor training in SA8000 standard Proven audit activities Good written and spoken English University degree Knowledge of management techniques Solid background in organizational techniques and project management Analytical and cost-conscious thinking Strong judgement and decision making skills Cooperative, team-oriented way of working Benefits Attractive career models Stable job, mobile work, flexible start hours of work, implementation training for the job and possibility to develop your skills and qualifications Health measures A package of benefits, e.g. private medical care, co-financing to sport cards, possibility to have group life insurance, language courses, etc. Positive working atmosphere Cooperation with friendly and high qualified team in international environment of a company with an established market position Join us We offer you varied and exciting tasks.
