Opportunity Overview We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing, Communication and Digital Manager to join our team here in Istanbul. The role will support the growth of WarnerMedia’s brands in Turkey by developing & implementing its marketing, communication and digital plans, all whilst keeping an eye on competitors. The right candidate needs to help to maintain our brand awareness & affinity on all our owned mediums. You will be creative and help to develop ideas that will form strategy and vision for WarnerMedia brands in the region. What you’ll be doing: Campaign Delivery – consumer and via partners – that deliver against our overall brand and marketing strategies & objectives, leading to strong consumer tune-in and engagement with the content and brands via digital, linear and experiential touchpoints. Help create, develop and implement overarching Marketing, Communication and Digital campaigns for our brands in Turkey by building strategies to maintain and expand all platforms including; linear (TV), websites, social media accounts, mobile apps and YouTube channels. Support brand affinity, digital growth to maintain brand awareness whilst creating opportunites for ad sales & promotions for sponsorship opportunities. Creative Thinking – deliver creative ideas that engage the audience and drive ‘talkability’ and ‘tune-in’, with a strong ‘digital first’ approach whilst ensuring we continue to engage across all touchpoints External Partner Management – manage relationships with agencies (Creative, Social Media, PR, Media Buying and Production) to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions. What we’re looking for: Essential: Must be fluent in English Proven experience in Marketing and Digital editorial products specific to user engagement or related experience at an entertainment media company Experience in managing agencies and media buying Knowldege of competitive landscape and market trends and having an interest to digital trends Detail oriented, creative approach, organized, adapt at prioritizing tasks, able to delegate appropriate responsibilities Not afraid to take risks and push the boundaries by thinking outside the norm Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast moving environment with shifting priorites; candidate must be able to create their own direction yet balance cross functional teams’ needs, reacting quickly, dynamically and intelligently.
