DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect and test lease-end returned computers to identify and troubleshoot the problems Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions and perform the maintenance of computers Use testing devices and follow the factory manuals to locate malfunctions in computers Assess computer hardware malfunctions to determine the cause of error and apply appropriate actions to correct problems and repair computers in order to maintain operations Performance all technical functions following the factory technical manuals, such as installing, maintaining and repairing/replacing electronic components of computers Modify and upgrade computers and provide support for both software and hardware Monitor performance of equipment and make necessary adjustments to assure quality performance Complete work orders in our T&A system. QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs A+ certificate is preferred College diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have previous hands on experience with Tier 1 computer hardware components and repair. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge Needs to be detail oriented Possess effective communication skills written and oral in English Analytical and problem solving skills are necessary Must own steel-toed safety shoes n7MkyzQTJN
