Position Pending Contract Award Responsible for directing all TRAX security functions at a major DOD test facility to include: managing all areas of the classified security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures; managing personnel security clearances, visitor control practices, and required physical and industrial security implementation, inspections and corrections; developing, implementing and managing document control procedures for classified information; reviewing and investigating security related occurrences; coordinating security education and training with the workforce; and conducting periodic reviews of the security program to ensure effectiveness. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Baccalaureate degree & 3 years of experience in security administration; or equivalent year of experience with direct government or government contracts. Top-Secret security clearance. The FSO must be a US Citizen Employee & cleared to work within the cleared facility. Supervise and direct security measures” within the facility. The FSO takes applicable training courses in order to understand fully the complexity of the requirements. Experienced in developing and administering security procedures and programs for classified or proprietary materials and documents. Experience in coordinating and processing security clearances. Experience in implementing federal security regulations and obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations. Experience conducting security education classes.
