Totême is looking for a China Social Media Responsible to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of Totême’s digital marketing across Chinese social media platforms and marketplaces. You’ll be the market specialist, coordinating the localization of content, community management, customer service, and support the partnership with Tmall. The role Manage Totême’s digital marketing across Chinese social media platforms and marketplaces Coordinate and execute Totême’s digital marketing efforts in China Adapt and localize content for our Chinese social media channels and marketplaces Distribute content in relevant formats for the different channels and platforms Own and develop community management and customer service across all China specific channels Manage posting and administration on the different channels Write copy for social posts, community management, and customer service Support with local marketing and PR activities within the market, as well as Tmall Identify relevant user-generated content, celebrity and influencer dressing, and editorials on the Chinese social channels in real time and engage with it Manage and evaluate content through performance tracking Act as the companies’ market specialist, contributing with knowledge and analysis Stay on top of trends on content, the use of the platforms, and new technologies to deliver a social experience that is exciting and in line with our story Update communication calendar with posting schedule across all platforms Align with with ecommerce, merchandising and PR on the plan for the Chinese social channels Advise on formats and assets at content development stage to optimise engagement and reach Your profile 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing for Chinese platforms and marketplaces specifically Experience from social publishing and administration Experience of community management and customer service Experience of content tracking and performance management Experience of supporting with Tmall collaborations (preferred) About you Self-motivated and confident with a positive outlook Solution-oriented and hands-on, happy to work in a growing fast-paced environment Innovation-led, excited to challenge current processes and develop new skills Business and results-oriented with a commercial drive Analytical and digital savvy with a data driven approach A strong team player, happy to help out where needed Knowledge of and interest in the fashion and luxury industries Passionate about Totême, with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English The position is based at our Stockholm office with an immediate start, and requires travel to China.
