Our international client specialized in the special machinery / automation, is looking asap for a General Manager special machinery / automation - (m/f/d) China Ref. No. 317879 Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for both organizations including mentoring for staff and maintaining a positive can-do culture Develop the annual business plan in association with CEO and the strategic direction of ixmation, manage operations, budgets and expenses to ensure organization meets its business plan and financial targets Provide monthly reports to the CEO and corporate management in line with the company guidelines, exercise necessary approval level and authorise teams and subordinates Contributes on a regular basis at Operating Staff meetings, discussing project status and offering comments on potential new project/customer opportunities and supports the corporate Mission & Vision Statements and translate them into day-to-day acti Plan, control and monitor company accounts and cash flow situation, facilitate preparation and administer of annual budgets Oversee and ensure necessary financial controls and administrative procedures, ensure documented evidence and compliance to regulatory requirements Ensure that all company administration matters are timely addressed and solved Supports sales and business development while presenting a clean and neat organized company, ensures that sales targets are met Involved in Engineering, service and Production activities, foster T-Q-C concept (time, quality, costs) and work with the related managers on implementation plans and execution Mentors all direct reports and foster core team Communicate internally the objective of developing interdepartmental teamwork, develop succession plans and growth plan Requirements: B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management, or the equivalent in education, training, and experience MBA or equivalent post degree education with specialization on company management is an added advantage Experienced and profound in Automation Industry for at least 5 - 10 years Knowledge about the Chinese taxation system, regulation and Chinese labour law Technical experience in mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum of 5 - 10 years in management capacity in a related field Minimum of 5 - 10 years in managing P&L, Budget process, Cash flow planning and execution Good computer skills — word processing, spreadsheets and presentations Reports to VP Asia Region China
