Remote Melbourne Bookkeeping Business requires another bookkeeper to join the team. Up to 10 hours per week. 3 x 4 hour days - school hours (Mon, Tues, Wed) plus Adhoc within general business (school) hours as the business grows. Must be able to manage own workload and clients and also have experience working across multiple client files in Xero. Across multiple industries. Hospitality experience will be favourably looked upon. Self-motivated and Professional presentation for Remote work. Great communication skills. Good at problem-solving and process improvement. Initial training will be completed onsite in Windsor Melbourne with the view to work remotely from home. Must be able to meet strict deadlines. Must have own computer with 2 screens for productivity. - Min Cert IV Bookkeeping/Accounting/Financial - Xero/Payroll Certified - 3-5 years Xero, Hubdoc and Receipt Bank experience - 1-3 years experience with Payroll, GST reconciliation and BAS prep - tech-savvy and good with spreadsheets - Must have current Police Check - Must be an Australian Resident with full working rights - Must have 2 references Provide detailed answers to these 3 questions in your cover letter: What would you like to be doing in 3 years?
