REQUIREMENTS: Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university with outstanding academic background. Legal practice experience at a major or international law firm in Indonesia (in-house legal experience in a major company is also preferable). Minimal 5- year experience (having background or understanding in tech industry and related industries (e.g. e-payment e-commerce) is also preferable). Have good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian corporate law, company law and all relevant laws and regulations relating to tech industry. Have experience in handling & monitoring licenses and permits related to tech business. Good legal drafting, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English and fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia. Able to work independently under tight deadlines. Motivated and engaged as a team player. Proficient in using computer (MS Word); knowledge of Excel and Power Point would be helpful. KEY REPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards. Coordinate and work closely with GC or external legal counsels (as applicable). Draft and review legal documents, agreements/ contracts. Keep abreast of new legislation, directives, etc in the tech sector. Prepare minutes of meetings and resolutions for board of directors and board of commissioners. Ensure all filings required at relevant bodies/authorities are done in timely manner. Monitor legal and regulatory compliance especially licenses and permits.
