Provide professional insight to the business unit and Corporate Finance, ensuring a coherent financial picture that supports business decision management. Support financial planning and business analysis for Singapore local market as well as support the CFO for APAC. Oversee all relevant business planning activities for the Region, ensuring that business and financial drivers are transparent and risks and opportunities are clearly identified. Work proactively with marketing team to develop portfolio business cases. Develop and manage relationships with local business partners (Singapore / Malaysia) and maintain various work interfaces to ensure integration of all business performance parameters; provide financial insight to the country's GM and commercial teams and actively contribute to building the business and managing the portfolio. Manage the distributors in Malaysia to ensure clean governance in line with the contracts, transparent performance measurement and tight control over Distributor AR and Inventory. Facilitate sales and operations planning with the supply chain and marketing team. Also calculate sales commission based on targets, as well as assist in setting sales targets by territory. Qualifications Qualifications and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and related experience CPA, ACCA or MBA with emphasis on Finance, Accounting or Management preferred Relevant finance experience in a mid to large corporation Minimum 3-5 years of experience, including practical experience or working with a leadership team with accountability for financial insights in the strategic planning process Good communication and interpersonal skills; Positive, self-motivated and proactive Contractduur 5 maanden Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Experience: financial: 3 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Required) License: CPA (Preferred) Work eligibility status: Eligible to work in Singapore and do not need work sponsorship (Required)
