We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) to join our team in our Colchester office to cover a period of maternity leave. Travel will be required from time to time as the business requires. As a key member of the HR team you will support the Head of HR, working with the business on everything people related. This is a broad HR role from providing day-to-day operational management support, change management to data analysis and management information. We are looking for someone with experience of: Delivering commercial people solutions from performance management, managing absence and welfare through to change management Support managers in assessing and managing risk in complex employee relations cases Working in partnership with key stakeholders to fully understand the key business performance issues Acting as a change agent in managing organisational change Delivering and maintaining compliance Providing managing information and reports, interpreting and analysing data Coaching, mentoring and challenging line managers around leadership This person will need to have: experience of influencing at a senior level of the organisation extensive experience managing all aspects of employee relations confidence and courage to challenge the status quo proven HR experience in change management and organisational development a working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it both practically and pragmatically to workplace situations excellent analytical and problem-solving skills persuasion, presentation, change management and communication skills exceptional IT application skills ability to champion and promote new ideas that meet our business needs proactive self-starter, capable of working on own initiative ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines with a flexible approach to departmental workload, and strong team-working capabilities You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification. * About TES* TES 2000 Ltd is a long established, highly regarding contractor to the rail industry.
