Job Responsibilities Ensure timely and efficient processing of PC (mainly Desktop and Laptop) that includes receiving, segregation, testing, troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment, software installation, cleaning and packing, etc. Ensure the repair operations meets the SLA on turn-around time, yield and repair quality Ensure accurate completion of asset data entry into the management system Perform on-site services that involves decommission of assets such as servers and IT equipment and storage of media (e.g. HDD, SDD, etc), data wiping/shredding/degaussing Job Requirements Min NITEC / Diploma in IT / Electronics or equivalent 1-2 years relevant experience advantageous On-the-job training will be provided Must be able to understand English Possess good work attitude and team spirit Working hours: Mon - Fri & alternate Sat (8.45am - 5.45pm) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Information Technology: 1 year (Preferred)
