As an Assistant Conference Producer, you will be asked to assist with researching, creating and building industry conferences. You will be researching markets, understanding how business industries work and creating quality conference agendas with high level speakers in the given industry. Tasks & Responsibilities: Developing the database Competitor research and reporting Market research including pertinent marketplace information Ad hoc support to team including assisting with events and promotional activity Undertaking desk-based market research to formulate commercially successful events Assisting with writing a commercially driven conference agenda Writing compelling press releases, conference website and email content, brochure copy and other ad- hoc marketing and promotional materials for the event Working very closely with the marketing and sales team to create promotional marketing and sales campaigns that will generate new leads for the conference Criteria Have good copywriting, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Be confident to deal with senior level contacts in the industry Have the ability to assimilate complex information quickly Be flexible in working hours at times Be able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines Be commercially astute, entrepreneurial and have a desire to learn about business opportunities Be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 to RM4,000.00 /month
